Definition of Staging...
The gentle art of temporarily redecorating a house to facilitate a Buyer's purchase.
Just like romance, it pays to set the mood.

Kim’s passion for interior decorating and interest in real estate lead to starting “Staging Your Home” for a Quick Sale. Kim works with real estate agents and home owners who are interested in creating an edge to help get their home sold. Staging and redesign provides an invaluable service to sellers and buyers showing the potential and value hidden in every home.

Many homeowners find it difficult to properly prepare their home for sale. It’s often hard to see something objectively when we love it. An easy way to understand the concept of “staged” homes is to visit decorated models. While decorating a model is very expensive, builders willingly invest the cost because they understand how well a “staged” home sells. You, too, can profit from this knowledge.
Homes “staged for sale” are more appealing. It’s possible you may find more demand and multiple buyers for a well-staged home.
